It might be hard to imagine now, but when Media Chameleon was founded in 1982, the internet didn’t even exist. In those early days, all of our content was produced in printed magazines and directories. Fast forward over three decades, and we’ve been at the forefront of digital media since the web first emerged. Today, every one of our publications is paired with its own dedicated website—and we’ve expanded well beyond that, with a growing network of online platforms that would have been unimaginable back then.
In 2012, we reorganised our niche and regional directories under four main umbrella titles. This change was designed to support the needs of national newsagents who stock and sell our printed magazines, while also streamlining our offerings for readers and advertisers alike. These umbrella titles represent the core sectors we serve: Motoring, Leisure, Specialist Industries, and Regional Communities.
Our digital presence continues to grow, with an extensive and ever-expanding list of online directories – each offering fresh, regularly updated content tailored to its unique audience.
